ECB Dash Privacy

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This page explains how East Coast Bazaar handles information in ECB Dev Dash, ECB Crew Dash and ECB Translator Dash (the apps). For our online store, see our main Privacy Policy.

What the apps store

The apps store the information you and your team put into them: names and email addresses used to sign in, messages, bug reports, tasks, board posts, files and settings. This information is kept on our servers so your workspace works. We use it only to run the apps for you and to keep them secure.

Payments

Subscriptions and translation packs are paid through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles it under its own privacy policy.

Translation and AI features

When translation is on, the text of the messages, tasks and board posts being translated is sent to an AI service provider (currently Anthropic) to produce the translation. Under the provider's commercial terms, text sent through its API is not used to train its models by default. We keep recently translated text on our server for a limited time so that repeated translations are fast and do not use up your allowance. If a workspace owner turns on other AI features, the text submitted to those features is sent to the AI provider the owner chose.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the apps (hosting, payments and the AI provider above), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your workspace data at any time by emailing chris@eastcoastbazaar.ca. Workspace owners control who is invited to their workspace.
