These Terms of Service govern your use of the East Coast Bazaar website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product details, images, and pricing accurately. Occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

Age Restrictions

Some products we sell are intended for legal tobacco and smoking accessory use only and are not intended or marketed for use with any illegal substance. By purchasing such items you confirm you are of legal age in your province and intend to use them only for lawful purposes.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

ECB Dash apps and Translator Dash

ECB Dev Dash, ECB Crew Dash and ECB Translator Dash are subscription software services. Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices are in Canadian dollars. A card is required to start a free trial. You may cancel at any time, and if you cancel before a free trial ends you will not be charged.

Translation. Translator Dash sends the text of messages, tasks and board posts that are translated, whether by tapping or automatically, to an AI service provider (currently Anthropic) so that it can be translated. We store recently translated text on our server so that repeated translations do not use up your allowance. Under the provider's commercial terms, text sent through its API is not used to train its models by default. Translations are produced by AI, may contain mistakes, and should not be relied on for safety-critical, legal or medical instructions. Each plan includes a monthly translation allowance. Extra translation packs can be bought and are one-time purchases. When the allowance runs out, translation pauses until the next month or until a pack is added, and the rest of the app keeps working.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, East Coast Bazaar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
